Don’t worry this can be a quite simple recipe. All you need to do is go through the process below. Let’s start!
Divine Chocolate Ice Cream Cake
This specific recipe serves a dozen.
Prep work: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 x 500ml tubs chocolate fudge brownie frozen goodies, softened
- 500ml tub strawberry cheesecake soft serve ice cream, softened
- 200g bar milk chocolate
Procedures:
A day in advance of serving this particular treat, stand a 23 centimetres spring type tin over a baking sheet of paper, after that draw around the container then trim the circle of baking paper; set in the bottom of the container.
Tip 2 tubes of choco fudge brownie frozen goodies inside the lined tin and distribute around evenly, by using a palette knife (this knife may be a big flexible utensil without any sharp ends).
Spread the strawberry ice cream on top of the choco ice cream and top that with the final tub of choco ice cream. Cover and place within a flat surface and deep freeze over night, or even for 3 nights.
If you are finished with that, place on the sheet of baking paper to the baking pan. Unwrap the chocolate then have it over the tray. Take the vegetable peeler and a long thin edge of the chocolate to help make several lovely curl pieces. Let the strip fall over the tray and don’t touch them to prevent any pieces from splitting. Keep this going until the chocolate gets tiny to keep. Firm the chocolate curls in the fridge (this can be achieved overnight).
You can get your chocolate ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.
Serve to enjoy!
