It's been long known that drinking red wine can lower your cholesterol and cut your risk of heart disease. Now, there's new evidence that it can also slow the aging process. Researchers at Harvard Medical School say that red wine has a chemical in it called resveratrol that stimulates your genes and makes your cells last longer. Doctors say this means that drinking red wine in moderation could keep your skin and muscles young and fresh. But they admit that more research is needed. Anyone up for some research?
